• Schedule an appointment here or schedule directly through your desired artist. Links are attached to each artist’s profile.

cancellations/Reschedules/no shows

• Each artist has a minimum 24 hour cancellation fee.

• Less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the services scheduled.

• A No call & No show appointment will result in a 100% charge for the services scheduled.

  Please notify your stylist if you will be more than 15 minutes late. This delay may result in a reschedule of the appointment.

• Our goal is to provide you with a service that ends with you loving your hair. If you aren’t happy with your cut or color or need an adjustment, please reach out to us within 14 days of your original service so that we can adjust and make it right.

  children/extra guest policy:

• We ask that you come alone to your appointment.

• Extra guests are not permitted in the Salon unless they have an appointment or are approved otherwise.

• At Maeda we do not have extra space designated for children or friends to accompany you to your appointment.

• Please understand that it is our main goal to provide safety and comfort to you, our clients and our staff.
