Please take a moment to review and complete our consent forms for your health & safety during your time at Onyx & Rose. Guidelines are listed below, and printable documents can be found at the link.
1. Before your date of service please sign the Onyx & Rose Salon Consent forms sent to you by your stylist. You can sign this document digitally or print a copy at home. Sign and give to your stylist upon arrival.
2. Upon arrival for your appointment, please remain in your car and send your stylist a text letting them know you have arrived. Your stylist will then let you know when to come in for your appointment.
3. Before entering the salon, please wear a face mask. If you do not have one, please let your stylist know and they will provide you with a new and sanitized one.
4. Upon entering the salon please immediately wash your hands. After, we will ask to check your temperature with our contactless temperature gun.
5. Our waiting room will be closed for the time being, and we ask that you come alone. Friends or children will not be allowed to come into the salon with you during your appointment. We apologize for the inconvenience.
6. We will not have snacks or drinks available in the waiting area, but will provide pre-packaged drinks upon request.
7. Magazines and books will not be available for the time being.
8. If you are wanting to purchase products, please ask your stylist and they will grab you whatever it is that you are seeking.
9. We are committed to not only our health and safety, but yours as well and will waive any cancellation fees if you suddenly feel ill.
10. Our Spa will be limited to one esthetician at a time. You can come through the front door, but can also request to come through the back door, if that would make you feel more comfortable. Please organize this prior to your appointment.
11. Before any skin or lash appointments we will be emailing out our consent forms and ask for them to be completed and emailed back before your date of service.
Refusal to any of our new regulations will result in a
cancelled appointment and a cancellation fee.
Due to wanting to have the least amount of people in the shop at once, our staff's schedules are limited. we ask for your patience as we try to accommodate everyone on our new and limited schedules.
